How refunds work

However, shall you find yourself dissatisfied with your order you can claim a full refund within a 30-day period from the finalization of your purchase. We do not take returned medication, but you can request a cancellation of your order, as long as this is done before we ship the product to you. We also guarantee that the items we send you will arrive in a timely manner. If your package does not get to you or if there are any missing items, you will be entitled to either a partial or full refund, depending on the specific circumstances of the event. Another option would be to resend you your items free of charge, it's up to you.
