Shipping options and arrival times

We currently have two options available for shipping your items: Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.

Standard Shipping:

With this option your medication will be shipped in 1-2 days, and will arrive to its destination 12-25 business days after shipping. No online tracking is available when selecting Standard Shipping. A signature will be required at the moment of delivery. Standard Shipping with registered mail is not currently available for countries of the European Union.


Express Shipping:

Your purchase will also be shipped in 1-2 days, but will arrive in 5-10 business days after shipping. You will be provided an online tracking number that will allow you to monitor your package. You will have access to tracking information 2 days after the package has shipped. A signature will also be required upon arrival. We do offer Express Shipping to the European Union, but no online tracking will be available. Express Shipping to the European Union also takes 5-10 business days.

Policies
All the medication we ship will arrive to you in its original packaging. We do not process orders on Saturdays or Sundays, and two business days are required for an order to be processed and shipped. Large orders may be shipped separately and might not arrive on the same day.
